Live Fare Emails is an email marketing solution powered by FastSearch. Email offers are instantly updated with latest fares upon every opening.
At the center of the solution is the customer’s FastSearch environment which is configurable via an Admin Portal in order to customize the target flight content. This environment is then queried via a simple JSON API to serve image results sets for
rendering html emails, the online retailers landing pages, and the booking path on the retailer’s site.
The environment allows for proactive custom content campaigns, the sub-second speed drives customer loyalty, and the central live FastSearch queries allow for consistent high accuracy throughout the campaign path.

At the start the customer identifies the goal of the campaign and its parameters.
The flight parameters are communicated to Vayant in a customer-preferred data format. Vayant creates and populates the customer’s FastSearch environment.
After the customer finalizes layout & design, the email campaign is distributed.
Every recipient triggers an individual API call to the FastSearch environment by opening the email and downloading the HTML content. Millisecond API response returns up-to-date flight information to each recipient transmitted via images. Data is refreshed every time the email is opened.
The environment parameters can be modified any time to suit the desired goals and future campaigns.
